Well this semester i took it upon myself to make going to the gym a chore for at least 30 minutes a day. The first part i'd go workout on the weights for maybe 10 minutes with my roomate then we split up, i went to the bikes and he'd go do what he does. This plan seemed to work pretty well, i lost about 2 pounds a week and all was well.
Then spring break hit, took a week off and went home.
When i came back i stopped using the bicycle and switched to the walking machine ( elliptical or something ) and i dont seem to be losing any more weight on them. I know on the bike i can put the resistance up high and keep it going but on the elliptical i just cant push myself as hard and i dont seem to lose weight on it. Any suggestions so i can keep losing these pounds? I'm probably just going to go bak to the bike.
