I'm 17 years old and am 120kgs.
I am still in school which has made it really hard for me to keep exercising especially throught year 12, in the last 2 months I have put on 20kg, as I stopped going to the gym, and paid more attention to my studies for my exams which i had last week. During this time i have had a bad habbit of eating and snacking alot thru out the day, and thinking going for a walk will work it all off. (BUT IT WONT!) I have always been a bit overweight as a kid but only recently have i been putting on a lot of weight. I have decided to try and lose 30kgs, i know this is alot and i want to try and stick to it as i know it is going to be good for me and my health. I am sick of trying to fit into clothes that i know dont fit, im sick of missing out on wearing clothes that all my friends are wearing because they dont come in any bigger size than 14.
I have found it hard to recieve suppport from my family, as they arent over weight like my self, so am hopeing I can get a bit of support here. All your comments, thoughts and advice would be soo muchly appreciated!
I will be stopping here regularly to record my daily food journal, and exercises.
