As You Can See I Have Lost Inches And Most In My Chest But I Been Doing The Certain Excercise For That Lol

Ooooh count me in on this too ... I just got the workout DVD today from Netflix and I'm super excited to try it!

Here's my starting stats:

Right Upper Arm: 12 1/2"
Waist: 36 1/2"
Hips:44"
Right Thigh: 26"
Chest:40"
Neck: 15"
Weight: 184.4


So are we just following the 6 week program on the DVD then??? And I vote for measuring weekly.
 
Ok I Did It And I Can Tell I Havent Been But You Know I Been Excercising And Stuff But I Tell Ya Nothing Holds A Candle To How Good Of A Workout You Get From The Biggest Loser Dvd! Ok I Did #1 Tomorrow Will Be #3! I Havent Figured Out My Day Off Day But I Will !
 
its the biggest loser workout and it has bob and the cast from the biggest loser on it! It is awsome it really is I got mine at wal mart but you can order it also if you do a search for it! I TELL YOU ITS AWSOME AND YOU FEEL IT AND THEY ARE STILL HEAVY EXCERCISING RIGHT WITH YOU! YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR RIGHT THERE ON THE SHOW WITH THEM! I KNO WITHOUT A DOUBT IF YOU STICK WITH IT YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT AND BURN FAT AND TONE! THAT IS WHY I AM DOING IT ALL THE WAY THIS TIME! IT HAS WORKOUTS SET UP FOR A 6 WEEK CHALLENGE LIKE AND THAT IS WHTA WE ARE DOING! I HOPE YOU CAN FIND IT AND JOIN US! YOU CAN ALSO ORDER IT OFF OF THE MAIN NETWORK TV PLACE THAT AIRS THE BIGGEST LOSER YOU MAY EVEN BE ABLE TO GET IT ON EBAY! ITS JUST CALLED THE BIGGEST LOSER DVD HOPE THTA HELPED!

Just finished #1 and boy am I feeling it! That's such a great workout ... I'm shocked. And I really enjoyed it ... and I love how they laugh, and joke around ... it's great. And it does help that Bob's really cute. Hmm so I don't know when my day off will be, probably Wednesday but we'll see... Tomorrow will be #3.

How's everyone else doing ????
 
i am doing great i do #3 today and oh yes you feel it my bins are sore lol!!
 
I know you will girlfriend! I tell ya the biggest loser dvd is all you need to do for the excercise! Bob has it set up for your weight training i guess its called and your cardios i love it and the ones working out with you are still heavy and struggle with you!! hehehe I did #3 today and my buns feel it lol
 
Ok I Did #3 And Boy I Am Feeling It But I Am Pushing On Every Day Cause I Feel Results So I Should Be Seeing Them Soon Lol Thats 3 Days Go Me Go Me!! I Am Gonna Try To Tomorrow But If Not I Will Make It My Off Day!
 
Hmm so today is going to be my official day off ... I just couldn't find the time. Saturdays are usually my busiest day of the week so I guess that's a good thing. I didn't get any exercise in today, but I did great eating so ... I guess that's okay. Glad to see you made it through #3! I'll let ya know tomorrow as to how I do :D Let tomorrow be your day off if you need it, you deserve it! Have a great Sunday!
 
WOW! Well, I got the tape and just did #1. Boy, is that a workout! I thought since I've been going to curves 3x a week that It would be easy since its the low cardio-WRONG! I couldnt get down for the leg lunges because of my bad knees, and had to stop on a few things they were doing. Maybe once I get used to it. The walk away tapes are nothing compared to this. Am I the only one who cant stand on one leg???????????????lol
 
I hope it isn't too late to join. I know RNW you had asked me to join before and I didn't. Now I want to cause I want to be accountacble for getting my butt in gear, lol. I will post my measurements tonight when my kiddos go off to bed.

Alrighty for today I did exercise #1. Felt good to get my butt moving again, lol.

I did #3 today and feel great. My kids took a long nap today, so i got a lot done, woohoo. how is everyone else coming alone?
