It is so inspirational. It breaks it all down and gives you the chance to do the same in 12 weeks they did. First season cast and this one are all in the book telling what they did and pics also. Its great !! Jillian has her own book out also i seen it but it is about 20.00 and this one was 13.00 dollars. But i may get it later didnt have a lot of extra cash at the time was christmas shopping. lol But I really want their work out dvd that will motivate when excercising!!
