Don't listen to curvie. She is just actin gangsta because she actually grew a pair and ate a couple of raw eggs which she has been whining about for 2 days.
 
No. I gag a little trying to get the slimy yolk down. I did not buy any more eggs--6 should be enough for the week. Choline galore.

Get your eggs fresh from the farm (free range) and eat them at room temperature. I have six hens and the eggs from them are so perfect.
 
Shaun I will be getting creative with the eggs next week--I think I just like to put myself through unpleasant experiences for the variety of it all.

Trops--I get brown local eggs from free range, organically fed chickens who also eat flax seeds. LOL!
 
Cool, mine just go around the yard finding whatever they want. The yolks are so bright orange. That means that they are getting a good amount of green stuff. Really good for them.

I still say go with room temperature. Eggs don't spoil as fast as most people think. Leave them out overnight (if they are fresh). Cold raw egg is just wrong.
