just starting here, so i should introduce myself.
My name is mike, im 25, currently living in ireland.
Decided my life is too slow, and depressing so i want to change everything.
Starting with my health.
Ive smoked for 8 years, and im off them for 2 weeks now, going strong with no desire to start again. Ive also stopped drinking, since 2 weeks ago.
Hoping to get some good advice, share my experiences, and get to know everyone!
