I am looking to lose over all weight and strengthen up. My main goal is endurance with moderate lift ability with little bulk. I want to be strong but I dont want to look huge. I am down to 245#s from my heaviest of 270#s about 3 years ago. The lowest I have gotten is 232#s. I never really felt that I had met my goal as I still had a gut and couldnt last at aerobic type activity for as long as I wanted to. I am 6' tall and my goal is to get down to 200#s or slightly less.
