Okay, maybe not THAT big, but something that will help me more probably.
Instead of working at home with two 25 lb and two 30 lb dumbells and bodyweight cardio exercises, I will be working out at anytime fitness gym.
But, this is my first time ever working out at a gym or using gym equipment, I know nothing of what machines do what, or what I need to do. Any advice? Also can I take faith in the fellow people who are there working out?
Thanks.
I will be going daily, 5 to 6 times a week, and working out, just as hard as I would be at home, if not harder. I have the want, and the desire, I just need some guidelines.
