Big breakfast aids weight loss

Breakfast really could be the most important meal of the day when it comes to losing weight, claims a researcher. Over several months, obese women who ate half their daily calories first thing fared better than those eating a much smaller amount. US researcher Dr Daniela Jakubowicz told a San Francisco conference having a small breakfast could actually boost food cravings. A UK expert said a big breakfast diet might simply be less boring.

The total "circumference" of one's diet, aides fat tissue loss. I cant count on my hands and feet, the times I got called into work in the early AM (and had to miss breakfast) on emergencies. Or the hours I had to put in fixing network complications that caused me to miss meals.

If one completely understands nutrition and how powerful the "circumference" of the diet is, one can adapt and overcome the curve balls life tend to throw our way.

Its seems most people within diet and fitness have a more of problem with persistence and consistency (with diet and fitness), than boiling their depression over missing breakfast.

Is breakfast important? Sure it is. But one has to put things in proper perspective, and one does with KNOWLEDGE of diet and fitness.
