Big boy needing a little advice

Hey everyone. My name is Daniel and I just recently started on my journey of working out, loosing weight and getting in better shape than I am. I have currently lost 15 pounds on my current self made regiment.

I go on the bike for a solid half an hour without breaks. Varying the speed or "tension" from between 15 up to 25. After that I go work with the free weights. Lift 30-40 pound dumbbells while laying on the floor with a foam mat.

I usually do 3 sets of 12 with the 30 pounders and then 2 sets of 12 with the 40 pounders. Then I after that, I go have a cigarette. I know smoking isn't the best for you, but for me.. it helps :p. After that I go onto the leg press and I usually push from 275 up to 475 pounds with ease. After that I go on these resistance machines that my gym has. There is 11 of them and they all work out different parts of your body. Arms, legs, thighs, midsection and chest.

In less than a month I have lost 15 pounds on this regiment. I am 6'7'' tall and currently weigh 393 pounds. Are there any suggestions on what other exercises I could be doing to burn more fat/gain muscle? Any all natural supplements I could be taking, that actually work and help?
