Hi all. I'm currently a month into a 500 calorie diet (having previously totally failed a total fasting diet! I had to give it a try ok, its not for me!
).
So basically I eat 'normal' most days, no more than my man-ly 2500 calories however they come.
Try not to eat after 9pm (I stay up real late).
Try not to eat sweet treat at all where I can.
Beer not allowed more than 1 or 2 days a week.....hey life has to be fun right?
1 or 2 days a week, I stick to an approx 500 calorie diet.
A month in, when its gone well its gone well, when it hasn't it hasn't! lol Damd Xmas!
anyway I've been keeping a video diary which I thought I'd share if thats ok? this is the most writing Ive done in ages! LOL
I'm going to be editing the 500 calorie one this weekend and will post first....as its a positive experience, I'll link to the total fasting failure too if anyone is bothered about that too, where I'm a total misery! ha ha

They've been a great standby for me in the past - I don't count calories, but I like to just grab a carrot when I feel like munching something.
