Bicep Workout

hey im very fond of barbell curls and underhand chins, but im wondering if this is good for mass+strength. i do the chins 3x a week in 4 sets of 4 (all i can really do, but it isnt failure), and for the curls i choose a heavy weight and do 10 reps, then add 10 lbs and do 8 reps, then add 10 lbs and do 6 reps, then go to failure with original weight. i rest 2 mins between sets. thanks.
 
You got the basics for sure a compound exercise and a focus. Another exercise you may look at adding is a hammer curl and/or a reverse curl. They will work a little bit different areas and a shock to the muscle group every now and then is a good thing.
 
if you really want to work the upper body try doing incline military press, incline bench, and curls in the same workout. its a killa
