Your calorie intake looks a little low to me. And that's ON TOP of exercise you are doing.

Try having a bit more. Nuts perhaps?

This is what I have been told at certain gyms. You do weights straight after cardio in order to turn the burned fat into muscle mass.

Don't worry about bulking up into a weird muscle body builder. It takes lots of protein and lots of massive weights in order to get VERY big.

I've been going to the gym for about 9 months now and while I have bigger muscles than before, I wouldn't say I look out of proportion or odd.

If you're going to a gym, as the people there for advice, say what you want and they'll be able to help you.

Zumbaaa! I'm desperate to try it--Is it fun?

oh yeah its really fun. i dont know how to dance at all but i do it anyways. my favorite are the bollywood style dances. its a mix of alot of dances!


Ugh i am having a hard time wanting to get out of my apartment and go to the gym...oh geeze. see what happens when i dont workout for 3-4 days in a row..i get back to feeling lazy. Oh geeze I was doing so good. worked out for a month straight. I can do this. I might miss out on my zumba class though. Ugh..how can I feel motivated??? I know I need a rest day but if I just miss two days I feel like not going back lol...waaaah

and now today marks the day I will work hard and not be going out for a long long long time! I need a rest. I have been up and about!! AH!

Breakfast:
2 servings of oatmeal
3 sausage links
2 eggs
1 cup of 1% milk
=760

Midmorning snack
1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
orange
=210

Lunch
Chicken Salad with olive oil for dressing
=360

Snack during class
nuts
=320

all in total calories for the day
=1690ish

Upon my calorie intake for the day, I worked out after class at the gym for 40 mins of cardio. 20 on the elliptical on resistance level 17 and 20 mins on the treadmill. I did speed walking. couldnt job too much cause the elliptical kicked my ass. I inclined on the treadmill to 3.5

I did some weight lifting and crunches. I did squats with a press and such.

And that is my day! felt like I had a good workout. I feel a lot better now because I take my medicine at night ^_^ I sweated so much today! gonna keep it up but if I notice I gain weight or not losinganything even though I am working hard through this plateau, I will switch my medication.
