Okay I'm going to try and post every day to keep myself motivated, and report back with everything!

OMG BRAD PITT!!! YAAAaaa.......oh what! i feel totally ripped man! :O

So tell me something, a UK lb is different to a US one at all? and a stone is how many lbs?
I'm in NZ, we have kgs, I'm familiar with US/NZ weight conversions but not UK

Well
1 Stone = 14lbs
1 kgs = 2.2 lbs

so 200 lbs = 90kgs :)

... i think lol!

Dear Diary:
11am : Today I started breakfast with a bottle of flavoured 5 cal water, and 1 nutrigrain bar

2:30pm Lunch, I had a 12 in Ham Subway with all the veg and another bottle of water.

7pm: I I don;t feel hungry, and I think I've gone over my sugar by loads... :(
I've eaten sweets and a small snack bar!

Grrr.. still though, working it out:
( everything vauled to the closest 50 )

Nutrigrain Bar : 200 Cals
Subway - 600 Cals
Snacks - 400 Cals
That's 1200 cals. I'm allowed 1600 a day, but I think I'll leave it at that.
Maybe an apple before bed! <3
 
ahh gotcha, so your lb are the same as the US ones then - i can work with that :)

Why do they use multiple of 14? what an odd number use. I wonder if it was because at the time they only had 14 of something? reminds me of a video i saw the other day about Egyptions and their math actually.

Have to say, that diet seems awefully lacking though. Is that your usual? or just having a bad day? I find that having the recommended 6 meals a day of 200 calories - mostly protein based and no processed stuff was really hard to get the hang of, but over all once i got into it curbed all sugar cravings entirely.
I could happily sit in front of a cake right now and not have any, even watch others eat it. Thats something I would never do before, and im only 2 weeks in so far. Was hard getting used to the whole thing, but now im over a week in, its amazing how good i feel and how much weight i've lost!

Anyway, good luck, wasn't trying to be critical or anything, just chatty in general :D

Yep, sadly that's normal for me...
I never used to even eat breakfast either. I change every week. Some weeks I have no appetite, and some weeks I crave sweets. I loooove my sweets so much :(

I don't get out of bed until about 11:30am, and I never like eating Breakfast. I like to wait until my lunch before I eat, but just very recently I've started to eat a small breakfast. Uusally a large bowl of fruit and fibre, or some rice pudding...
 
yeah im not much of a breakfast eater either usually, i have to eat before bed otherwise i cant sleep either! mega sucky and annoying i tell you!
 
Breakfast : Grapes and Melon pot ( 40 Cals ) 0g Fat

Dinner : Mettersons chicken bites ( 130 Cals ) 8g Fat

Treat -4 Quality Street ( 200 Cals 6g Fat )
