Better Get Motivated

Hi All!

So I'm fairly new to fitness training in general and brand new to joining a community to discuss it. My understanding of health and fitness, as of now, is very simplistic as reflected in my training and diet. I was hoping some of you could give me some pointers on how to improve my routine from here. Any advice will be greatly appreciated and I hope to start contributing to others' knowledge as well. So here's my status:

Me:
24/m, 6'2", 190lbs, average build

Exercise:
Running 4 miles 4x a week (T/Th twice each day - takes ~30 minutes)
Rucking (40lb pack + 2-12lb dumbells for upper body training along the way) 4 miles 6x a week (M/W/F twice each day - takes ~50 minutes)
200x sit ups 5 days a week
300x crunches 5 days a week
250x push ups 5 days a week
5x-15x pull ups at random intervals throughout almost every day

Diet:
1500-1800 calories per day
Mostly plain chicken and fish (I'm a terrible cook)
Frozen Vegetables (sometimes with terriyaki)
Occasional whole-grains
Cheap, low-calorie, frozen dinners (quick pick-me-ups)
Protein shakes and fitness drinks

What I'd like to achieve:
#1 - Health (Let's at least try to live forever)
#2 - Physical functionality and endurance (my profession requires me to set a good example)
#3 - Appearance (sexy side effects are always welcome :)

So that's pretty much me in a nutshell. Thanks for reading. Again, any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm somewhat of a sponge for intel so hopefully I can begin to reciprocate what I learn back into the community.

Thanks!
Buz
