Naw, newbies are great. They're how you get "regulars" and eventually "oldies".

welcome, like sky said, newcomers are important!

What kind of training do you do?
Myself, I'm mostly into strength training, squats, deads, chins, etc. Been going at it for about 4 years now with some breaks due to injury.

Cheers again guys.

I do a fair bit of strength training but i am limited as i have to stay lean and super fit for my sport(Rowing - not too popular in the states id imagine).. So for 8 months of the year we train 5/6 times a week and row in about 15 Regattas(Races) around Europe(Ireland, UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Germany).

But when not in Racing season(ie outside of the above 8 months) i do alot of strength training and muscle building.. So i can go from 90Kgs(in season) to about 104Kgs(out of season) but then lose that weight gain during pre-seson training(which is pretty intense).

I'm from Norway, lol :p . Rowing is pretty popular here since we have a really good one who won in the olympics: Olav Tufte

ha ha Sorry i thought the majority of members were from the US..

It must be very cold Rowing up in Norway dont think i could cope with freezing temperatures when on the water up there..

BTW, we have many members from the UK and Aus as well, it's not just Americans in here you know :p
