Nothing that has an effect has no side-effect whatsoever. Also, with a proper diet plan, you won't need any of those so called 'diet pills'. And 'colon cleansers', 'collagen and fat burners'? Absolutely not needed, and most likely they don't work anyway. If you want to cleanse your colon, have a bottle of prune juice and be done with it.
I agree with everything that San said here. A lot of things that most people consider or we are told are "good" have side effects. I'm gonna use Stevia as an example. Not so long ago, Stevia was being promotioned in my country as "The new
miracle plant that will replace sugar". Truth is, stevia, as everything, has side effects. Also, we don't know yet the effects it may have long-term. Maybe it's just me, but I will never trust anything "new" until a fair amount of time has passed and we know with certainty what effects it has. Aspartame and Fluoride come to mind, we were told they were "good", they aren't. I suggest you stay away from supplements unless necessary.
There also seems to be the misconception that anything "natural" is automatically good. A lot of things can be labeled as "natural", poisons found in plants/animals are "natural", that doesn't mean it will do you any good.
I'm gonna use my case, but it also applies here. I used to trust Dr. Oz, not without reservations but i trusted him. One day, as i was watching some videos of doctor Oz on Youtube, I stumbled upon a comment, i can't remember it exactly but the part that got to me was: "He's not more than a product junkie". I immediately rejected this claim on my mind, but the more i thought about it, the more i realized he was right.
He's always promoting a new "miracle diet plan, miracle product/food or miracle workout that will make you lose fat". I feel bad from people that follow this, they do because they don't know any better and they just want to lose weight. One can't make good decisions without the correct* information.
I googled your diet plan, and as i suspected, he's selling something. I saw the "starting kit" at "only" $154.99 These people do not care about your health, weight or happiness. All they worry about is finding new ways to suck more money from desperate people that don't know any better and only want to lose weight.
Personally, i believe that any website that offers the "ultimate" way to lose weight by selling you a diet, pill, or book, is unworthy of any trust. I abandon them on sight.
