Best Weight Loss Products

Hi,
There are lot of Weight loss products available in the market. I have been confused which one to use.
Can anyone suggest me the best one.

None of them. Eat less and move more - in other words calorie control and exercise is all you need.

While nutrition is key, there is a way to not get so confused about what exactly to eat. Rather than waste money on random pills that make the heart race or things with hidden unecessary items. I just started a 90 day challenge with an amazing product that will give you all the nutrition you need without the garbage.

Pills are certainly a bad idea. The only time that you need pills is if you have a medical condition like a thyroid problem and a doctor prescribes them to even the playing field so that you can lose weight in the standard way.

Most people find that meal replacements don't work too well in the long term. They certainly do nothing to teach us new healthy eating habits - they do nothing for teaching us how much protein, fibre, calcium etc we need or about portion control. They just teach us how to get into the "make a shake company rich by paying them lots of money while we lose weight - then gain it again" loop.

Healthy eating and exercise is the best way to lose weight. No other products are necessary.

We have lots of challenges in our challenges section here.

Web MD has this to say about raspberry ketone:
http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-suppl...Id=1262&activeIngredientName=RASPBERRY KETONE

Other Names: Cetona de Frambuesa, Cétone de Framboise, Raspberry Ketones, Red Raspberry Ketone, RK.

RASPBERRY KETONE OVERVIEW INFORMATION
Raspberry ketone is a chemical from red raspberries (Rubus idaeus). It is most commonly used for weight loss and obesity. It is also used to increase lean body mass. Some people apply raspberry ketone to the scalp to improve hair growth.

Raspberry ketone is also used in foods, cosmetics, and other manufacturing as a fragrance or flavoring agent.

Raspberry ketone became popular for weight loss after it was mentioned on the Dr. Oz television show during the segment called “Raspberry ketone: Miracle fat-burner in a bottle” in February 2012. Even though it is touted as a “miracle” for weight loss, there is no reliable scientific evidence that it works for improving weight loss.

How does it work?
Raspberry ketone is a chemical from red raspberries that is thought to help for weight loss. Some research in animals or in test tubes shows that it might increase some measures of metabolism. It might also affect a hormone in the body called adiponectin. However, it is important to keep in mind that there is no reliable scientific evidence that it improves weight loss when taken by people.

RASPBERRY KETONE USES & EFFECTIVENESS What is this?
Insufficient Evidence for:
Weight loss.
Obesity.
Increasing lean body mass.
Hair loss (alopecia).
More evidence is needed to rate raspberry ketone for these uses.

RASPBERRY KETONE SIDE EFFECTS & SAFETY
There isn’t enough information available to know if raspberry ketone is safe to take as a supplement. Raspberry ketone has never been scientifically studied in humans to determine if it causes side effects. However, there are some concerns about the safety of raspberry ketone because it is chemically related to a stimulant called synephrine. Therefore, it is possible that raspberry ketone might cause feelings of jitteriness, increase blood pressure, or rapid heart beat. In one report, someone who took raspberry ketone described feelings of being shaky and a pounding heart beat (palpitations).
Special Precautions & Warnings:
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Not enough is known about the use of raspberry ketone during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.

RASPBERRY KETONE INTERACTIONS What is this?
We currently have no information for RASPBERRY KETONE Interactions

RASPBERRY KETONE DOSING
The appropriate dose of raspberry ketone depends on several factors such as the user's age, health, and several other conditions. At this time there is not enough scientific information to determine an appropriate range of doses for raspberry ketone. Keep in mind that natural products are not always necessarily safe and dosages can be important. Be sure to follow relevant directions on product labels and consult your pharmacist or physician or other healthcare professional before using.

I think that it is important to take from this article the facts that it has not been proven to be effective on humans and has not been properly tested on humans.

:iagree:

One has to be really careful with the information on the web/TV provided by those so called "experts" or "gurus"

I once read that drinking vinegar could help in weight loss because "it activates certain gen and blah blah blah..."
I was stupid enough to believe this, i put some vinegar on a glass and... I was even more stupid and drank it all at once... It was the worst thing that ever passed through my lips. I was lucky enough to not puke, but i felt awful, i had nauseas and my stomach was hurting... And so it was that i learned this valuable lesson. :blush5:

I fell for that vinegar idea when I was young too... :blush5:

It was disgusting :puke:

I used to be fat and liked my food and didnt want to exercise - and looked out for short-cuts... :piggy:

Once I got my head in the right place - I did it through watching my food and exercise - things that I had said that I had tried loads of times and wouldn't ever work for me...

I spent too many years abandoning diets and looking for shortcuts...

Looking back - when I did it - it didnt take a long time at all.

I agree, nutrition is key in any weight loss process, but there are some tools that can help you speed up your process without any side effects or any harm. I am telling you this because I have been following an amazing diet that helped me reach my weight goal in 6 months 53 lbs less. It is called Yes You Can! Diet Plan and it is great because the diet plan teaches you about nutrition mostly so you learn what, when and how much to eat. Plus, they offer 100% natural diet pills appetite suppressant, colon cleanser, collagen and fat burner and they are amazing and do not have any side effects like most of diet pills out there. Also they have delicious protein shakes for your snacks, honestly they taste like dessert. I love them and they are to go, so I always have one inside my bag. Hope this helps you :)

Nothing that has an effect has no side-effect whatsoever. Also, with a proper diet plan, you won't need any of those so called 'diet pills'. And 'colon cleansers', 'collagen and fat burners'? Absolutely not needed, and most likely they don't work anyway. If you want to cleanse your colon, have a bottle of prune juice and be done with it.

I agree with everything that San said here. A lot of things that most people consider or we are told are "good" have side effects. I'm gonna use Stevia as an example. Not so long ago, Stevia was being promotioned in my country as "The new miracle plant that will replace sugar". Truth is, stevia, as everything, has side effects. Also, we don't know yet the effects it may have long-term. Maybe it's just me, but I will never trust anything "new" until a fair amount of time has passed and we know with certainty what effects it has. Aspartame and Fluoride come to mind, we were told they were "good", they aren't. I suggest you stay away from supplements unless necessary.

There also seems to be the misconception that anything "natural" is automatically good. A lot of things can be labeled as "natural", poisons found in plants/animals are "natural", that doesn't mean it will do you any good.

I'm gonna use my case, but it also applies here. I used to trust Dr. Oz, not without reservations but i trusted him. One day, as i was watching some videos of doctor Oz on Youtube, I stumbled upon a comment, i can't remember it exactly but the part that got to me was: "He's not more than a product junkie". I immediately rejected this claim on my mind, but the more i thought about it, the more i realized he was right.

He's always promoting a new "miracle diet plan, miracle product/food or miracle workout that will make you lose fat". I feel bad from people that follow this, they do because they don't know any better and they just want to lose weight. One can't make good decisions without the correct* information.

I googled your diet plan, and as i suspected, he's selling something. I saw the "starting kit" at "only" $154.99 These people do not care about your health, weight or happiness. All they worry about is finding new ways to suck more money from desperate people that don't know any better and only want to lose weight.

Personally, i believe that any website that offers the "ultimate" way to lose weight by selling you a diet, pill, or book, is unworthy of any trust. I abandon them on sight.
