best weight loss diet?

So I experimented around with a few different diets until I stopped at this one. I would only salad about 2-3 a day with eggs for breakfast as for the rest of the protein I ate high protein bars that have 20 grams of protein per bar with 230 calories. I would use this diet and not eat above 800-900 calories. When I exercise I always lose above 1,000 calories a day. Is this diet healthy? Should I exercise longer?

It's a crash diet, so long term it is not healthy and would end up making you gain weight doubling what you currently weigh. Exercising that amount is good enough, however.

Agree with the other poster. You need a diet that promotes good solid nutrition. It will change your energy and your health going forward. Plus help you to lose weight. I did the 24 day challenge, lost 20 pounds, gained amazing energy and it has changed how I eat now!

agree with the previous poster, I suggest you should eat 'normal' , which means modestly and do things in a way that it is sustainable so that your body can adapt. You will not lose 20 lbs overnight but only with a change in lifestyle

I eventually balance it with actual protein and carbs. I haven't gained much weight at all. Why do you say I will double my weight?

What is "normal" exactly? By the way I've been eating like this for years. This diet is a little more extreme than my average one.

the best diet I have seen is looking at the mind and figuring out why you are unconsciously keeping extra weight on your body.

There is no best weight loss diet. The only diet that works is the eat less diet. If you eat below your maintenance calories, you will be able to lose weight. you don't need to cut off the foods you love. The key to losing weight is staying CONSISTENT with a diet. That's the hard part. But thanks to this [Link Removed] page, i was able to stay consistent.
