Hey so I've honestly tried everything to lose the last bit of flab and simply cant. I've tried everything from taking food intolerance tests for an optimum diet to resistance exercises to cardio and i just seem to be staying here:

(don't know my body type to be honest, it looks like mildly chubby to me)
Could anyone maybe explain the best way to quickly lose this flab? currently I'm not on a diet, but am doing a lot of exercises.
