I listen to a little bit of everything. If I'm running it's alot of Top 40 songs. If I'm lifting I like Disturbed, Slipknot, Killswitch Engage, Soil, Godsmack, ect... Bad thing about that is I'm so pumped when I leave the gym I drive like 90mph all the home and have gotten a couple speeding tickets that way, haha
