Hi all,
I am planning to get pregnant with my 1st child soon (I've been married for a year and half) and for that, would like to lose like 10 kilos in a month and a half.
I used to be thinner than now. I used to walk in a fast rate in early mornings last year and my body looked fantastic as I also used to do some sit ups!
Now, after I married, I stopped working out but I got an Elliptical and started working out at home after work.
I got to work from home at 7am so I have no time to workout in the morning. I come from work at 4pm so I do workout at night; sometimes at 9pm other 10 or 11pm for an hour in the elliptical and later do some sit ups.
I started to believe that working out in the morning is more effective specially because I used to do so in an empty stomach; and later on the metabolism keeps on all day!
Please I need someone to advice me on this matter.
Is working out in the morning more effective than other times? I am ready to wake up at 5:30am!
Thanks!
Suzan
