I've recently bought some Body fat % scales which use BIA (bioelectrical impedence analysis) to measure your body fat. I have heard that body fat fluctuates throughout the day in much the same way as bodyweight but, for different reasons. I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning and I take this to be my 'true' bodyweight (plus, its at its lowest
) Is this the same for bodyfat or does it fluctuate differently?
