hey guys, okay i just want like a simple answer. Okay so i was wondering if there were any like exerices that target the stomach/lovehandles more then other areas, i know there is no such thing as spot reduce, i know you have to eat healthy, i know you have to weight train, i know i know i know, i just would like to know if theres a better exerices that targets my stomach/lovehandles more then it would on another part of my body? for example, rollerblading is mostly for the legs, i know there is more things, but just get my point. hopefully everyone gets my point...thanks!
p.s im not looking to get abs at the moment, as i still have flab/lovehandles to work off.
okay if that paragraph doesnt make sense, what exercise could i do that would burn fat mostly around my stomach/lovehandles area?
