Best Exercise to practise.

Hey guys i have some great stuff to share. Maybe thats not new to you but it really worked for me. recently, on another blog i read about benefits of practising squats. I personally liked it very much. I am regularly practising it since a month or so. You know what it feels like. It has greatly affected my thigh and legs muscles and burned up a great fat from my belly as well. What are your comments on it?
