Hi everyone! I'm actually new here but I was hoping to get some advice judging from my attached picture of me which I took 5 minutes ago.

As you can see it's my sides which I just can't seem to aim at. I jog everyday so my cardio is perfectly fine. I bench 40kg and use free weights a lot. Even use medicine balls whilst executing crunches.
My chest is beyond average and bulks out through most of my clothes. So what I see my torso as is an "hourglass" sort of shape. Which obviously being a guy, isn't really ideal.
I was quite overweight as a child and my trainer told me it may just be "babyfat" which will burn off in time or as I grow out of it. Though I was wondering (judging by my picture) if there is any advice I can be given to send that extra baggage packing!
Any advice is greatly appreciated
