Hi everyone! I am morbidly obese 267lbs and I am thinking of joining a boxercise class. I am quick shy because of my weight but motivated to lose a lot of it. I am worried that I will not be able to keep do the exercise and keep up with the pace of the class. I know that I will probably stand out because of my size as I am sure that there will be a lot thinner people there.
Should I do some other form of exercise?
