Steve, do you have any favorite execises for improving the Lockout in the Bench Press ? i am just beginning to learn the groove of my shirt after competing RAW but need to give my lockout a boost when using a shirt 10 weeks from comp.
i have read some articles but there is a lot more to read yet it is hard to get good technique coaching where i am (Rural Australia is not big for powerlifting) I have a strenght coach but they are not a specialised PL coach. They usually work with MMA and kickboxers.
