Belly-off and mensfitness?

anyone used this with success here? I think most of the information on that site is pretty biased and thats why I joined here to get some different views. I bought the starter kit for the belly off program and just started.

Not used it myself, only ever used my own programme in the gym designed with common sense in mind!

Fact is, you cannot spot reduce fat. You reduce body fat all over, anything telling you otherwise is either an ad for lipsoction or a scam.
