I got.. 15.5lbs left to go till my belly button ring.. its coming along nicely.

For all 3 of my pregnancies, I took my navel ring out. It hurts a wee bit re-piercing it, cuz they went through the old scar tissue. But I'm as good as new. Wish I would've seen this challenge earlier. LOL I'll have to take a pic of my "plain jane" naval ring and post in the morning.....
 
LOL. I have owned and was admin and moderator on plenty of forums... it jsut comes second nature now :p
 
I Wish i could get my stomach that flat!

Ive gotten down from 170-125-140 in the last two years.But for a while now ive fallen back into my old bad habits of eating.I used to drink alot of water
and eat no fast food or junk.But I need to get back into those habits.I obsess about my weight.I hate pictures of my self.I hate when
people touch my stomach.Ifeel so out of touch with my core.I feel out of balance.I want my stomach to be flat and toned and strong for once.I would love to have a belly ring some day.Can i ask how do women who dont have naturally toned abs get them that way????
 
Stomach crunches work well.. any exercise that exercises your core muscles is good. Many positions in yoga work for it aswell.

beginning weight: 133 lbs (on gym scale) 126 lbs (on home scale)
favorite color: hmm blue or silver/white, anything that dangles down or something...i dont knowww

I'm a little late for this one...:rolleyes:

beginning weight : well, I really want to say 163 but I'm retaining water and am scared to weigh myself again lol...but I was 163 last week.

fav color: hm, blue or purple. :) i'm a sucker for the dangly styles as well.:D


I don't think I'll make it to my goal of 150-155 by the end of August, :(, but I've been trying to. And even if I do make my goal, I'm afraid that I just really won't look good with a belly button piercing. I've got stretch marks on my stomach and hips but they're going away.

I love dangly things too... lol seems to be popular thing.. they just sooo sexy!
