Belly and love handles

You cannot spot select where you will loose your fat and when you loose fat there isn't a place where the fat will be lost first and last. For example , many people think that working out your abs will burn you fat in that area. That's bogus. So If you have a healthy diet and workout and do cardio you are gonna starting loosing fat all around and the fat in th e area you desire will eventually dissappear.
