maybe, but I think you're better off determining why you are so tired at the end of school? Might be that you just need more sleep or a change in your diet.
 
Are you a teenager? A lot of teenagers struggle with being tired because their bodies just don't want to get up early. Young bodies often function better with going to bed later and getting up later.
Are you getting enough sleep? I agree with Lynn on going for a walk.
