being strong/size and height?

1)Ok I want to incraese size of my muscles.....I have 5kg dumbles which I do 30-30-30 curls for biceps
Would that increase size of my muscles? Because I heard that lifting heavier with less reps does increase it more!?

2)If more reps increase endurance, would my endurance be bad if I worked for size and strength?

3)Take two guys...one 6'2 and the other 5'10.....their BMI is equal and they start working the same way at the same time....is the strength the tall guy can have more? I know it's kinda related to genetics but does tall guys have any advantage with strenght?

1) Read the weight training 101 sticky in this section, you won't get far by doing sets of 30 reps, and if you're looking to build muscle fast then start learning your compound movements like squat, bench and deadlift.

2) There's no reason for you to stick to one rep range, you can do 5x5 on one lift and 3x15 on another. Variation is always good no matter what your goal. On the whole lifting at high weight for low reps improves strength more than endurance but at this stage you'd do well to just get yourself a decent FBW, read and learn about lifts/nutrition, and not get too caught up in the smaller details like rep ranges (I'd never go higher than 15-20 though :))

3) No idea
