I want to begin a weight loss program but I'm not sure where to start.
I gained some weight over the last few years which has all accumulated in my abdominal area. I would like some advice regarding the types of exercises and the amount of time I should so each one.
What makes this a little more difficult is that my access to exercise equipment is limited. I only have 5 & 10 lb weights. I don't have any other equipment and I don't have free money to purchase any or for a gym membership. I also have a 2 children both under the age of 5 to watch during the day.
What are the best exercise I can do at home with limited equipment?
