Hi everyone.
I am from India and i gained weight all of a sudden last year from 55kgs to 67.. not a single piece of my clothing fits me now. well thats the beginning.
I started having trouble breathing, sudden gasps while sitting. the thyroid level was 0.7 more than the normal range and after three months thyroid was back to normal without medication.
Now, for a month or so i have started taking smaller frequent meals.. and a DVD exercise routine ranging from one round to sometimes three, one round is for ten mins.
i wont say i feel a difference. i dont plan to check my weight till June end. thats my goal. not to check in between how is my progress. i try not to eat processed food, sometimes i am successful but lately am back to having my splurges which is pushing me back. whenever am sad or angry the control takes a toss and i end up reaching for the chooclates.
i would love it if someone would be kind enough to give me tips of how to go on when my feet refuses to do any more than one round. i know its te mind that does it. i do step ups with water filled bottles, ju mping jacks, hops, side knee lifts, tricep dips, pushups(though my arms dont bend at the elbow for some reason) and jogging on th spot.
