beginner 6'0 - 165lbs - need some help

hello,
I am 6'0 tall and weight 165lbs and I am 100% into rebuilding my body. I have 16% body fat. I carry my extra body fat around my waste, thighs, and chest. I need to get into the gym! But I don't know where to start. I want to lose body fat but also build muscle mass. Should I first concentrate on losing my extra body fat then building lean muscle mass or can i do both at the same time? I was also wondering if anybody has any good information about websites that offer nutritional and workout programs. thanks
