Hi. I hope to update this every month with new pictures. my current weight is 225lbs. My target weight is 140lbs so i got about 85 to lose. i plan to do this by excercising and eating 1000 calories a day, and not after 6pm. I hope to achieve my target by the end of july and wear a bikini this summer. i got some before pictures.... wish me luck guys (i cant belive how fat i am!)
