Before Pictures :(

I run around 2 miles for two to three days a week because I'm limited to time since I have high school and homework and other extra lessons. I run on the treadmill. I am 4'10 and a half and weight 106 lbs (7.541 stone). I want to know if I can lose 10 lbs (0.7143 stone) by the end of June because I want to look nice in an outfit for a wedding (I didn't buy an outfit yet btw) and I want to know how I can lose it without changing my diet. My diet is pretty healthy now because I don't like to eat junk food as much anymore.

The back of my calves.

My stomach =(

Okay..
For starters... YOU ARE NOTTTTTTTT FAT.
So many of my female friends always complain about how fat they are and everything.
You are honestly a few hard working months away from a wicked body. Keep in mind that you are fairly young and hopefully your metabolism is still kickin in high gear.

By getting the crap out of your diet and learning a little about nutrient timing you will be ahead of the competition. Running and training is almost useless if your diet is not in check

go here:
read about nutrition and figure out how you can fix it up further.
If you are interested in obtaining a certain physique, you will likely have to make sacrifices.
On the other hand, Kudos for doing this at such a young age. If you can develop a good system that works well for you this early in life, you will be doing yourself a great favour.
Just keep in mind that you are still pretty young and need to go out for ice cream every now and then with your girlfriends...lol ;)

Good luck with everything, I hope you reach your goals.
AND you dont need to lose fat as much as you need to lose the attitude where you look so negatively at yourself. Naming photos "fat-thighs..etc" is not good for you mentally.
Realize you want to make a change, visualize your plan and carry it out. Dont be hard on yourself, You are making a difference!

Okaayyy...I already do have ice cream every once in a while. =3
But I feel bad after it....my real problem is my stomach though =S so I guess I'll just keep running to lose fat off my stomach....Thanks

do it in the morning on an empty stomach for 30-40 mins... 3 times a week is sufficient. wait about 30 more minutes after you run before you eat because the wonderful fat burning process continues to work even after you run.. take advantage :D

I can only run in the morning on Saturdays because I can't run before school 'cause it'll be too early. =( And I have church early on Sundays too! But when I come home from school, I could just start running and then wait half hour before I eat a snack. :p Thanks!

you would have to get up too early?
thats the idea.. it AINT easy. I wake up at 5 am every other day to run :)
You dont have to do it so early.. Its just works well because you are 'empty'.

Oh My

honey, you are 13 and 4'11"....

relax, take a deep breath, you are fine!

my wife of 10 years is also 4'11" she currently weighs about 116lbs, after having three children, but normally she was around 98lbs in her youth.

But you may not get the "model" body your thinking of, simply due to your size. your tiny, those models are very tall and have long torrso's, you don't, you have a small one like my wife. She is currently working off her baby "fat"

But I know I am biased, but damn she looks great for being 35 and three kids, and I had many men tell me what a beautitful wife I have, "HOT, MILF" etc.

Most of it is attitude and personality. Personally I think you are doing great. 4'11" is normal, your 13! Enjoy life!!

Before you read anything else, know that I am 5' and I weigh 110. It looks like I have the same build as you also, so I know what I'm talking about ;o)

You don't need to lose weight! If anything, you just need is to firm up a little bit. Your calves need only a little definition, because they're not 'fat', just not sculpted. Your stomach isn't big like you think- it only looks like you're carrying a little extra water weight. To flatten out your stomach a little bit requires some small tweaks in your diet, but nothing major. Avoid salty foods, because they make you hold on to extra water- and to combat that, also drink lots of water. It sounds counterintuitive, but it's true, your cells hold on to less water if you give them enough. Also, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and downplay your simple carbs, like sugar and white rice- those also cause bloat in the midsection.

To help you build a little definition, do some strength exercises along with the cardio that you are currently doing. Try some calf raises- standing on a step with your heels hanging off the edge. Lift up on the balls of your feet and hold for 2 seconds, then release. To make it harder, try holding weights in your hands or using ankle weights. This small exercise will help define your calves.

For your stomach, do scissors, crunches, and crunches off to the sides- where you reach your right shoulder to your left leg, and your left shoulder to your right leg alternately. This works your "deep abs", front ab muscles and obliques.

But remember that you need to rest at least one day a week. So at the most, do a strength workout and alternate with the cardio 4-6 days a week.

Hey, I'm a fellow 4'11"-er so I know how you feel about being envious of tall friends who can weigh far more than you do, and yet look like waifs:mad: . But, us petite gals can save $$ by being able to wear the kids' sizes (actually, Abercrombie Kids' pants are still quite long on me and I have to hem them...lol, but you get the point :) ).

Honestly, I got really obsessive about about diet and exercise at a young age (like 11/12), and it's really screwed around with my health/body image/eating:( . I haven't been able to shake a lot of the negative thoughts I've been harboring for over a decade, so go easy on yourself to avoid sadness later in life. However, good job on making a point to exercise...just don't go overboard (like I did)! You'll be happy to have established an active lifestyle later in life!:)

Good luck! :D

I really respect this girl for doing this though. Becuase you look in schools now and you see everyone eating crap and not doing anything about. She is taking an effort to come here and be healthy and run to get to her goals. Many teenagers would never come here. I did and i'm happy now. She will do just fine and I hope she has awesome luck with her plan/goals!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :) :) :) :p

Thats awsome that your trying to get yourself in shape, its much easier to stick to good habits when you make them at a young age. Be careful about excercizing on an empty stomach, I know alot of people say its good, but I have always found that if you eat just enough to get your metabolism going you will have a ton more energy for your workout and last that much longer. I have low blood sugar though, so I cannot work out on an empty stomach, I would pass out:(

It seems like obsessiveness on diet and exercise stem from being so short! We can't eat very much at our size, so we have to be careful... and end up watching every single morsel and working out too much. I'm still recovering from an eating disorder than stemmed from something quite similar, which is why I want to say that you should be VERY careful! Don't count your cals, just make sure you eat a lot of good-for-you produce, lean protein, healthy fats and good carbs. Exercise, but don't go overboard on it... I simply wanted to stress that, because, while it's great to be healthy, it's not normal to have incredibly little body fat- and being incredibly thin is also unhealthy in its own way. A low bmi is a risk factor of many different diseases- so don't go there!
