Before & Between = 30 pound loss!

Hi everyone!
I am in the middle stage of my weightloss. I started at 190.4 and I am now 159.6 which is about a 30 pound loss. I only have 24 or so more to go. I am
5' 5". I did GNC Lean Shake program. It is a meal replacement. I would mix it with 100% juice or water or almond milk and eat healthy snacks and lunch which was about 1200-1400 calories a day. I also walked 5-6 days a week and Jillian Michales 30 day shred 4-5 days a week. I am now doing a 5K this summer so I have added running to my workout plan a few weeks ago. I just keep moving :ack2:

ow looking so good~~~~~the difference is so big!From behing the front you name it!!!!Especially from behind you look so young in the after!its like you're someone else!!!:)
 
Thanks you guys! The behind photo shocked me too. I didn't know I had a waist of any sort. I've battled with my weight for 20 years and forgot what becoming slim looks and feels like! You kind words will keep me going so thank you :)

Well the last 3 weeks were crazy. Went on a weeks vacation, had one week off, then the kids went back to school! I gained 5 pounds in those 3 weeks! But I have hit it hard again and the scales is once agian moving down. Onward I go...
 
Congratulations :) you are looking pretty good! 30lbs its no east task, and is very noticeable, very niiiiice
