Before : 248 , After 178 - GOAL 165

What can I say it's been a rollercoaster of a trip. Before is from Feb 2011, After is literally this morning. Any guesses as to current BF % ? Im guessing in the 14-16 range, but I've never been good at that guessing game. My plan is to hit 10% BF { 163-167 lbs? I really don't know) and then start a bulk, which to me is the foundation behind lifting. I've gotten this far with a sound diet and training with free weights 4x a week for approx an hour each session.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the success so far! Unfortunately, it's impossible to really make a good guess on BF% just by looking at someone. Just don't give up on your training! Have you read any of the sticky threads, yet?
 
Great work, Smoke! Body-fat is tricky. I have a scale that measures it, but as I started losing weight, the measurements have become meaningless. The body-fat % fluctuates from 9-14--I'm thinking 12-ish based on analyzing pictures, but hard to say. Keep it up!
