Anyhave have any advice on getting past a rut? I have been stuck at 173 for about 10 days now. My present routine is cardio (indoor cycling) 5-6 days a week for an hour, try to mix up the resistance to not get too used to a routine. I am sitting on about 1800-2000 "healthy" calories a day. I bike any where from 32 miles heavy resistance to 45 miles on the lighter days. Just trying to figure out what I need to do differently, I stay away from carbs after my last meal and try to eat 300-400 calories 5 times a day. usually on the lower end of the scale, maybe I am not eating enough, but I feel good and do not have hunger pains and I am not experiencing any lack of energy. I would appreciate any advice..ty in advance
