Hi there , I am definitely not new to the forum,I have lost some kgs and gained them back, a lesson that I have to learn that history repeats itself !
I have learned that I have to br more patient with the weight loss,now I am exercising regularly, and have a goal of 1-2 kg per month, I have to lose 18 kgs :)
I havent changed my diet, if i do so i have great mood swings, besides i don't eat any junk,just home made food ,vegetables and protein are always a part of indian food :)i am keeping off from bakery products like biscuits, khari,buns, doughnuts for now :)I will keep you guys posted, best of dedication to all ya :)

I have started exercising,exercised for 30 minutes today, just recovered from flu,so am taking it slowly :)
