930pm- 8oz ginger ale, peanuts and pretzel
1am- 1/2 chicken breast hoagie w/ 2 tbsp cole slaw, 1 cup NuVo

Thoughts
I woke up today feeling alright, after I did my 30min workout this morning, I went to the bathroom. Talk about a revved metabolism. I shouldn't have drank coffee because I felt a little dehydrated while drinking it, but I drank water with it and went to the bathroom again. Maybe all that asian food my stomach did not like. I forgot my lunch at home so I had nothing to eat, what was better than to starve was to get what the kid's get for lunch. Don't get me wrong, the grilled cheese was pretty good, but I knew it was quite unhealthy. I also ate a bag of multigrain chips which were delicious.
I should wake up earlier to put in more time on this trainer. EUGH! Waking up late shortens my workout time!!
I feel a less compacted double chin, I feel like I sit up and stand up taller. It's all positive here. I just know my stomach is a stubborn place to lose size, and often, weight loss in the face is most visible.
I realized I need to keep up this 420 minutes. When I've previously dieted, I was capable of losing 10 pounds in 14 days, and I still hold that expectation even with a trip to Vegas. If I reach that goal, which will be a huge boost of confidence, I'll increase my workout time to 500minutes/week, so essentially, all I will be doing every day is workout, study, work, study, and workout again. All day everyday.
I am hitting more of a rhythm with each day of exercising. I really love this machine, but I don't want to miss the opportunity to return this machine for a full return and find something else that will "surprise" my body into more fat loss.
You see? I've read it all, been there all, and want to do it this time.
