well this is it. I'm starting my diary today and am committed to losing weight. I gained, as a lot of other women, after having my 3 children. And while they have been blessings, they've left body in a mess. I started out on weight watcher about 7 years ago. I lost 35 lbs. on it. When I went in I weighed 185 lbs. I felt like I shook the building I was walking in. I was embarressed! I lost down to 150. I did fairly good for a while, but money got tight and I had to quit. For the most part I kept it off. But over this summer I jumped up to 160. I'm not happy. While I still can't join the meetins, I kept all my books an d am on WW again. So far I've lost 2 lbs. I joined the Halloween Challenge and am drinking all my water. 88oz. every day.I can't seam to give up soda, but I'm down to 1-2 a day. My tenth ann. is coming up in Jan. 2007. I'm going to get slim. I'm trying for 137-140. And trying for the most partof just 5 lbs. a month. If I do better on the challenge great, and if not and I only meet the smaller goal at least I'm still trying! Today I have over ate my points, but am going to do an exercise video to make up for that. I also do Curves evry other day. Any help or suggestions would be soooo great! Good luck all. Mechelle
