Hi; my name is Joe and i'm 18 (almost 19) years old.

My weight has been somewhat fluctuating in the past year. Last summer I weighed 180 lbs. I exercised and ate right during the summer and went into college at about 150 lbs. I lost alot of motivation to continue to lose weight during freshman year due to classes and stress and ended up gaining some of the weight back.

I'm currently 5'9" and 165 lbs. I have a large belly and the plan is to get it down flat. My goal weight is 130-140 lbs. I've begun running/jogging again for about 1.5 hours everyday. My only concern is if i should include any weight/resistance training. I have no clue whatsoever how to add these into my fitness routines :(.
