Basic Exercise + Acai?

Has anybody ever tried this before? I'm actually seeing results now. It's not necessarily that the acai is making me lose weight, but it's more that I've got SOOOO much more energy and am in such better moods when I wake up. I feel actually healthy when I wake up. It invigorates me to go on a walk every other day, and I've seen about 12 lbs drop off in the past 2 weeks since I began using this.

Acai is no more a magic bullet to weight loss than eating blueberries or any other fruit is.

I know a lot of people that are on an acai berry diet and they're losing weighty. The trick is to get a freeze dried acai product as anything else doesn't really work.

The trick is that acai doesn't "work" for weight loss no matter what form you get it in. You're just lining someone else's pockets for a scam.
 
Yea. No food burns fat unless it contains a drug or caffiene. Those don't really burn fat, but it does speed your metabolism so it theory it helps.

The effects are really minimal. Anythign that will raise your body temperature (again certain drugs) will burn fat, but this gets into the realm of using stuff not for its intended purpose.

No food has any fat burning abilities. Food = calories. Fat burning is just a marketing pitch.

To lose fat, you need to eat less or exercise to the point where you are burning more calories than you consume. There is nothing else you can do minus surgery.

Also, you really need to get out of the "I need to do this fast and now" mindset. Once you do dieting is easy. At least it is for me. Its a process that takes time. You have to forget about your goals and worry about the day to day. Like training for a marathon, sure you have small steps you take to get to an big end goal, but it takes effort and time. It all comes down to what you do day to day.
 
acai berry works seems to be working for selected people, but you can't say it's not good. at least it's not junk food. Berries are yummy anyway. To lose weight, a balanced diet and exercise is always needed. Acai berries just lend a helping hand.
 
For some reason acai supplements make me projectile vomit. Violently. I have no clue why, but I would never buy them again...
