baseball workouts

Well people rate me as being in the top 10 9th grade players in my school and I want to improve that any one have any good workouts for me to become that much better?
 
What is your workout routine right now, and what position(s) do you play? And what do you want to improve, size/strength, or baseball skills. I can tell you that it is easy to increase in both of those, but it takes a lot of time, not something you're going to do in a week, but could see some results in a month or two.
