I was curious to see what will turn out if I tried to bake the oatmeal. I made cookie shaped pieces and added only a little bit of olive oil just to prevent it from sticking. I baked it in the oven at about 200 for 15-20 mins, and it turned out pretty good, like a cookie, it was pretty crunchy and tasted better than in it's normal oatmeal shape
