baguettes

Hello every1! i go to a place called Greggs (england) and they sell baguettes. iv been eatin baguettes from tehre for lunch and another just after my lecture which is approximatly 2-3 hours after my lunch (baguette is called turkey bit and as u may of guessed, contains turkey and salad). I basically try to never let myself go hungry and at the same time not stuffing myself. o and i drink plenty of water. i am trying to get a body similar to ryan reynolds (blade trinity). heres a link for the peeps that dont know him
I am doing plenty of weights to get the muscle definition and am doing alot of running to get my abs to a good level. I believe i have a good regime in terms of exercise. However i know that diet is EXTREMLY important so I was wondering if this baguette thing is a good idea? should i substitute it for something else? If so where can i buy it?
P.S is supplements really a good thing? i mean can i get a body like Ryan Reynolds with hard work without the supplementation ?
Thanks peeps

dont let yourself get hungry you need to fuel your excercise even on your rest days by eating every 2-3 hours healthy small meals. do some reaserch on calories carbs protien and fats. find out more about the 1g of protien to 1lb of lean mass theory. Remember your diet will determine the success off your training.

From what I understand baggett's are made from white processed flour (at least the ones at my local store). A better choice would be for a whole wheat type bread... But I doubt your choice of bread is going to matter much (unless your eating the whole 3 feet of it).

Here's my 2 cents, if you enjoy it, eat it. Just don't over do it.

After focusing on my diet I realised that bread actually mad eme feel bloated and I couldn't see the results of my exercise programme.

For six months now I don't eat bread, not white anyway and I have seen a big difference. I'm female though so I'm not sure how well you can relate to my post, but since quitting bread I'm more cut and defined.

I eat wholemeal bread, multi seed bread but I tend to make it myself and cakes I make myself with self raising wholemeal flour. I only eat bread a couple of times a month though or when i'm feeling weak. Its a good carb and bloater thats it.

I used to eat baguettes and yes they are nice but after about an hour I would be hungry again. I'm from UK too so I know Greggs and too be honest they use alot of chemicals in their bread to make it last longer. Not a place I would buy from.

If you really can't quit bread try to go to small cafes, privately owned they will sell granary, wholemeal baguettes and in my opinion they taste so much nicer.
