My diet is 2 chicken ranch salads with ranch dressing from mc donalds (dont seem that unhealthy) 2 apples a snickers bar a bowl of cereal(raisen brand or what ever its called) 3 or 4 cups of milk 2 of them with whey protien stuff and carrots. all eaten though out the day. have done this for a week and a half so far and have lost 3 pounds im 135 pounds now 5'8''. problem is i dont cook i dont know how only think i really know how to make is bacon and i even burn that. any tips on improvements. also i do mainly abs, arms and chest exercise with cardio on the off day (dont care about legs really saving money for trainer for back)
